I was doing this for 21 days without success. Did 3 day break and started doing it again, but now with applying kumkum on area between my eyebrows. I noticed BIG difference - i could concentrate more easily and be less distracted by thoughts. After meditation I am now feeling deeply peaceful. Didn't feel like that for a long time. This state alone is a major success for me. I'm using shortened version of this meditation - without introductory and ending talk.

Thank you very much for this technique, it is very powerful! I used to do another technique which is gently tapping with a finger in multiple spots (forehead, top of the head and back of the head) to locate the pineal gland and concentrate on it but your technique is more powerful. I can cleary hear this high frequency pitch in my head when I do it and my body seems to be heavier. Singing bowls work very well for me as well 👍

The third eye is awesome! Sharing my experience: I gave my iPhone6 plus for repair to a local shop in Mumbai. It took more than three weeks and the shop-keeper refused to update me on the phone progress or what the issue is. He only kept saying I have sent it to Apple, be patient and when I get it with me, I will call you. I figured he is a crook and something is wrong. That night as I was about to sleep I had a vision of an iPhone and it being opened and three chips being taken and given away to someone. I knew what I had to do. I woke up next day and went to him and asked him to pay me a deposit till the phone comes. I took 20,000 INR from him, he did not once question me or argue back. That is the power of third eye!

Namaskanra Guru, I did practice just like the way you said here I have a lot of experience from a first day I sew that picture of your eyes are moving up and down then few days later while I mediation with your teaching here my body start checking like out of control then at same time at night I have dream it felt so real like ever, it making me waking up and still remember all what going on in that dreams,. 3 rd experience is I sew a word on your tube while you still teach it becomes blue and green more like time stand still and colors it around the words.... 2 days ago I few like my both arm felt electricity moving from the air in to my both hand? How it happened to me? Also when I woke up in the middle of the night I sew a light with strange view that never before? Also I felt more sensitively with sad and Lust? How can I do to heal or this affect? Or just let it flow? I starting to worry because I try to keep a 5 Merrits and keep virginity and eat vegan, but Lust it came so often and also supersensituve feeling I felt so super emotional and the enagy it like a vibration down my root Jakkra.... Damn.. I actually felt and saw results this time, it was great. I think I had been doing it wrong these last couple weeks.. Just now was the first time I focused on his 3rd Eye with my eyes open, before I would maybe keep them open for a min or two, just enough time to familiarize what I needed to picture. This time I kept them open for the whole duration besides while in the middle where I'm focusing on a light from the cosmos. While focusing on a light I had the most lucid experience I've had yet, near the end it was like me progressing through colors trying to pass through them and the gold light would sometimes break through for a very short amount of time(like being under a tree in the middle of spring and the sun appearing through the leaves). The background colors went in this order black, dark blue, white, purple, and ended at a really light blue. While it was purple was when it was the most extreme, it looked as if it was purple electricity and there was so much of it that it almost completely blocked out the darkness. What was great about it was that normally things disappear once I acknowledge that I'm seeing something but this time I was able to keep myself in that moment for almost a minute and I was able to affect it in subtle ways. This was great, I'm really surprised that keeping my eyes open at the beginning and end made that big of a difference. I was focusing on his eye with my 2 eyes while trying to use my third eye to somewhat see what he would've been seeing of he was on front of me, basically seeing the world from his eyes but in a weak way, I could only get glimpses that were blurry but the feelings I got was something I don't remember feeling before it wasn't just one different feeling but numerous different ones almost all at once. Haha anyway thanks for this, my writing is a mess right now cause I'm trying to rush an explanation of something I don't know how to actually explain and bc it's pretty damn exciting, enough for me to share it

Five years ago I did this meditation expecting a “good” meditation. However it ended becoming one of the most powerful and greatest meditation experiences I had via the internet. I was not disappointed but amazed and overjoyed by the realness of Shiva, Shivoham, and Paramahamsa Nithyanada. After this video hearing the name of Shiva or simply saying Shiva would make my third eye go through intense vibrations instantly. My third eye was awakened before this through other sadhanas or practices and initiations I had with other masters before Swamiji. However, never did simply hearing the name of Shiva or any god send me into a higher state of consciousness so rapidly. It was then that I understood that it had to be Siva himself whom initiated me. 🙏🏾👁❤️ This was the beginning of my journey with Swamiji in this life and too happy to continue this amazing ride of bliss with him! not yet... i need to find a meditation that helps me see visions.... i am seeing auras better, when i concentrate and put most of my awareness on my third eye, the aura spreads out quite rapidly around anything to about an inch and i see a primary color. mine is blue, i see red for swamiji! i dont know what the colors mean but it is cool to see colors around people. especially myself in the mirror! peace, love, and passion! hank

ronald ferreira That's kind of how I started see energy, it looks almost like a translucent force field around people, and objects, such as my crystals. I am also starting to see bits of color in this field but it looks kind of like static. Seeing energy like this actually gives me nostalgia of when I was a kid and could naturally pick up on and see chi and other energy traces from spirits around me it would look almost like the static I see now. On occasion I can see color around myself that is very clear and prominent such as seeing indigo or violet around my fingers . My ability's are even getting to the point to where I can see a mist, if you will, coming toward me, or out of me, when I pull energy from a crystal or candle, or if I am pushing energy out of my hand. But to be honest I only started retrieving this ability I had as a child about a month ago and it started when I began to notice a lot of number synchronicities such as: 22 333 444 and of course 11 11. But anyways if any one wants to be able to see auras or do anything with the third eye just keep at it. It will come when the time is right. But here's a quick hint; eating a healthy diet (Preferably plant based) is one of the biggest steps you can take! Namaste
