One thing I really like in this meditation is the brief pause between each piece that lets us know it’s moving on to the next chakra. This one works on the 9 chakra system, which includes the 7 main chakras plus one just below the navel & one above (not at) the crown. This is how I’ve been using it. As I move through the chakras I picture the spinning vortex of each drawing negativity from the relevant area. Whether or not it’s right, I see the 1st spin left & a conduit leading to the next chakra, which spins the other way. This forms a ‘wave’ pattern moving from chakra to chakra & sending the negativity up through the opening chakras to be released above the ctown. Another thing I really like is no intrusive ads at the end rudely & abruptly taking me out of the zone, so I can peacefully ‘come back to Earth’.

Me senté el patio de mi casa ( descalzo) en dónde tuviera conexión directa con la tierra, estuve posición de meditación, y empecé a inhalar profundo y a exhalar lentamente, repitadas veces, y mi cuerpo se empezo a dormir: primero mis piernas luego mis brazos medida que de repente todo estaba blanco, es indescriptible después de eso... Pero había una enorme puerta aún más blanca y más brillante, la abri y mi figura humanoide que también era blanca absorbió todo lo que estaba dentro de la puerta, y luego desperté y ya el audio había acabado, tengo que admitir que lo único desagradable es cuando mi cuerpo empezó a despertar, pero del resto fue una gran experiencia...
