Never, there are so many reasons, one of the most highlighted is it's unreliable prediction till the taxation and political leader would be one or standard. Also, Mid-Economist and the Mid -Class society never thaught to invest in current situations, once the taxes percentage would be less or standard for all entities then we can say the development is worth.

waste of money, this project will take next 100 years, I think they should focus on existing cities rather new one, already Naina will take 15 years more to provide good return to investors this proposal is just waste of money and time, before even development the rates of Naina is sky rocketed reason people are not investing there and you will get 100 calls from builders asking to buy there project in New Mumbai, builders are now crying to sell their properties, there is huge supply and very less demand already.

Ok that is your perspective but let me tell you this isn't waste of money it is good opportunity, we have to make new cities for our country just take a look at china, it has build so many new cities ons of the best name can be Shenzhen, our old cities are very outdated now, we need new cities with best infrastructure and planning you can't make an old city new which is already populated. Also mumbai is an island city as you know there is no other way to expand it either our government is not totally foolish these cities will change how the other countries looks at India now we cannot say China is underdeveloped it is more developed than many developed countries we need many cities like this you can also take an example of gift city

Happy for Mumbai but seriously Thanekars feels isolated... Thane gets 1 project Mumbai get 5 projects... I think logic s simple - Builder have space in Navi Mumbai but not in Thane. This means more budgeting and project awards in Navi Mumbai towards the adan* and other billionaires. Why dont u think of benefiting a crowd who is already an established vote bank in thane.. why don't Thane city get version 2.0.

@@UltimateBeast-tg6qh I appreciate your words Thane is also getting the project but why very less then the answer is simple as third mumbai is getting airport there and it has been planned in 2005 and many other projects also this area is empty so gov. Is planning to make it like gurugram , like Delhi ncr this cities are more advance then older one but third mumbai will be India's advance eco friendly and highly planned city so that the Focus. Also one of the main reason is third mumbai area is closer to south Bombay.

@@DEORAPRIMEESTATES Well said sir. The third Mumbai is close to South Mumbai. It will have direct integration with economic market, social market and political strata with south bombay. Unlike Thane which I feel is a land of its own. long way from south mumbai and reaching Thane by train, road or metro is hight of physical gymnastics. Third Mumbai is on the way to Mumbai. Its enterance to Mumbai. or you can say exit from mumbai if you want to go towards, Goa, Hyd, South India, Pune, Nagpur via atal setu and taking one of the expressway to the destination. Heck its will be worth it to travel via ring road like setu->Multimodal corridor to delhi mumbai expressway. So if you want to entry or exit into Mumbai Atal setu, Navi Mumbai airport, Naina is the only way. And south mumbai people will use this region for their travels and make their own. Integrate into sobo like its part of mumbai. More infra, more IT, finance , BKC 2, Ambani city, Industrial sectors which are planned in 3rd mumbai needs to start construction as soon as possible to make this dream come true.
