I really wanted to keep the sand crawler box to go with my other one from 2022. I really don’t think I can be bothered now. I still think the Christmas Droids are great.👍

It's probably how they are chucked about in the Disney DC . I've worked in large distribution warehouses and the storing, picking and packing of stock is absolute carnage 🔨 at times. Low morale, low pay and SS style overseers fuel destruction with some less than conscientious personnel.🥊

It looks as though the third calendar didn’t have enough packaging. I phoned Disney and we have come to an arrangement. Stay tuned.👍😂

I wouldn't send the other back. They've probably written it off, if its logged as damaged.

We came to an arrangement. I send the second one back, I keep the third one which has minimal damage, and they refund me £60 not including the £12 they refunded for one of my Christmas Droids. The calendar has also been reduced so they advised me to order it again at the lower price. Erm, nah!😂👍🎄

Disney Store seem to be doing great atm. I bought some Grogu stuff, and items ready for DLP. Took advantage of the 1 free xmas item. They didn't send me 2 of the Mugs, they sent me 2 free xmas decorations instead. Whilst each individual item was packaged, yep they don't add any packaging to stop internal movement in a parcel. Whilst trying to save the environment surely its costs more in returns and damages then it does for their recylced brown paper >.< Waiting to see if they make me pay to return their error before I get my items. But yeh Evry should have been shut down years ago.

It is just madness but I cannot fault Disney’s customer service. They tried to sort it out. It took a 45 minute phone call but I got a full £60 refund and was able to keep one of the calendars which only had minimal damage. Then there is the £11 they refunded me for one of my Christmas droids as a goodwill gesture. It appears I got a good deal but what a waste of time.👍😉

It’s madness with Disney just throwing the thing in like that. I was going to ask, if you can contact character about suggesting other sets. I was going to personally suggest a 7th Doctor and tardis re release. Imagine if they made a large coal hill set with several figures! 👍

A Coal Hill set would be amazing but I can’t see them making it as it would have to be for the B&M range. Apparently CO are only going to make New Series on-line exclusives. We definitely need an 8th Doctor Tardis, a Pink Happiness Patrol 7th Doctor Tardis, we need a 6th Doctor Mindwarp Tardis minus the Pull To Open sign which lands in the sea, plus an upscaled 15th Doctor Jodie Tardis, similar in size to the original 9th/10th Doctor Tardis. We also need some Cybermen sets. I’d also love Tegan and Turlough from Resurrection Of The Daleks.👍😉

I know it’s a lot of money but I really love these Disney Droids. Anyway, the advent calendar has now been reduced to £56.😂😂 You couldn’t make it up but at least now me and Disney have come to an arrangement.🎄👍😉
