I wonder if Descartes took this dream correctly. Someone could say something very profound to me and it may inspire me regardless of whether I understood their actual meaning. My own incorrectly interpreted meaning may set me on a path quite opposite that of what was intended(or hinted at). In this dream he appears to be given a choice as a test. Are you of this world or will you seek higher? Which path will you choose? He is tempted with the mastery of this world and appears to have gone with it. Yes, you can master this world with numbers and measure, but are you mastering an illusion? and ignoring a reality that can't be measured?

Incredible broadcast and illumination. Really broke it down, had fun with it and highlighted points truly and clearly. Nice artistry The jump I think we need is to return back to the shamanic visions to help us see who we are. Modern revelations from the past telling us who we are, and who we’ve always been.
@CreativeCodex5 күн бұрын
One has to wonder…given the HIGH preponderance of dream visions providing humanity with insights and inventions that help evolve us, whether the collective unconscious bestows such inspirations throughout history through dreamworlds for just such a purpose. Fantastic vid!!!

I must say that I find it difficult to think of a rational explanation for this other than pure coincidence, and I don't believe in coincidences. We live in a cause and effect based reality. So if the effect is divine intervention of knowledge, then I wonder what the cause is. Good food for thought.
@CreativeCodex5 күн бұрын
@ Agreed! There is divine intervention on one side of the argument, and on the other side (ever so slightly reductionist but in a Jungian lens) there is the collective unconscious functioning in each individual. Just as the unconscious has its own motivations, it’s likely that the collective unconscious also has its own motives.

The Sages Socrates is likely referring to when he says we are dead and in a tomb has strong connection to one of the fragments of Heraclitus and I believe it’s fragment #64 or thereabouts where he says, and I’ll quote from memory: “ Mortals become immortal and immortals become mortal. Each one living in each others death and dying in each other life.” So we see the duality that life below the level of The One that Is where life and death, black and white etc imply immediately their contrary and are actually a One themselves.

Thanks for this and all your hard work on producing it. For what it’s worth, I don’t think we are any further forward in understanding the mysteries than Plato was. We won’t make any progress until he she it or they reveal themselves, but I am increasingly convinced that they are not capable of doing so. Does not mean we should give up exploring. Descartes possible mistake is that he seems to believe in himself more than he believed in God, or perhaps the entire revelation is a perfect 'upside-down' of dream versus reality ie; in his dream the angel says "the conquest of nature is to be achieved through number and measure" but what if this dreamed 'divine' message is actually Descartes higher self, which seems plausible as he was a geometrist. And then in his waking contemplation he comes up with "I think therefore I am" - but the Universe has a sense of humour, so this 'thought' of Descartes was not his own, but the actual divine message. The message concisely explains the creation of the universe out of pure consciousness itself. Consciousness-the infinite mind is the universe, mind is everything and we are all merely neutrons firing as part of that infinitely complex and endless thought fractal.

The concept of nothingness is absolutely one of the most profound things to ponder. That and the idea of boundary. There is no boundary in nature. It is a concept created to make distinctions, although no boundaries truly exist. It is at its heart, a mathematical abstraction. Reality is a continuum.

That’s not only a mystical fact it’s also literal and oral authenticity in living translation. What you call Greek is translated in Santa. Etc. Santa makes/acknowledges any language universal through ancestral wisdom. As the kings of Valhalla always say, we still have our sword with us. Your welcome from mother toung.

De revolutionibus orbium coelestium (in English) by Nicolaus Copernicus: "At rest, however, in the middle of everything is the sun. For in this most beautiful temple, who would place this lamp in another or better position than that from which it can light up the whole thing at the same time? For, the sun is not inappropriately called by some people the lantern of the universe, its mind by others, and its ruler by still others. [Hermes] the Thrice Greatest labels it a visible god, and Sophocles’ Electra, the all-seeing. Thus indeed, as though seated on a royal throne, the sun governs the family of planets revolving around it. Moreover, the earth is not deprived of the moon’s attendance. On the contrary, as Aristotle says in a work on animals, the moon has the closest kinship with the earth. Meanwhile the earth has intercourse with the sun, and is impregnated for its yearly parturition." Attributed to Hermes Trismegistus: "The sun's the greatest god of gods in heaven... And he, this so−great one, he greater than the earth and sea, endures to have above him circling smaller stars than him." "For the sun is situated in the center of the cosmos, wearing it like a crown."
