Getting 100% on Spider-Man 2 was worth it

It was one of the easiest games to 100%, because the trophies were for the most part just a natural result of gameplay and not some absurd, farfetched thing. It was similiar with GoW: Ragnarok. I'm not usually a completionist but with those games Platinum was just so natural

@@Johten Imo, it's not that they were natural but they were mostly done through natural realm traversal as you did the story. I think that's what he's getting at. That you didn't have to actively go on an extensive silly fetch quest to finish the game, unless you just ignored the stuff completely whilst rushing through the main story that's when you'd find it boring coz having to go back and do that stuff in isolation is obviously tedious. Coz every game has its random unnecessary side quests and for Spiderman 2 that was probably the spider bot collectibles for Ragnarök I'd probably use the flower collectibles. So it's not done to an extent where they unnecessarily fluff the game

I probably got the funniest 100% I ever have with this game. A PS5 automatically screenshots the second you earn a platinum and puts a frame around it to mark the occasion, and my last thing to do was the Spiderbots. I watched the cutscene and saw the Spiderverse portal close, and the screenshot the game thought would commemorate the 100% Platinum Trophy was Peter Parker staring at a brick wall.

Chain lightning fully upgraded is how you do that mysterio challenge very easily. Mix that with webbing targets and using webs to throw people of the ledges.

I did just dps check it, use the venom surge whenever there's 3 or more enemies close to eachother, use all 3 finishers, use abilities, then venom surge again if available. Whenever none of the above were available I just used upshot and air combo's with the increased damage

Yes it isn't a whole saga because it has to fit in a single game format do you really want Miles for 2 to 3 games complaining how he wants to kill Lee or do you want him to just grow naturally at an average pace as to not kill the pacing of the story. Fourth point "In Spiderman 1 Peter is quite strong that can take down villains all by himself quite well. My brother in Christ where do I begin lets go through all the boss fights including the dlc from the 2018 game of Spider-man: Kingpins's boss fight has him fighting kingpin and Peter getting flung through multiple walls which tires him and wins by webbing Kingpin up as he falls. Shocker's boss fight has him punch shocker in the face which hurt his hand and gets flung through a bank fault door and wins by collapsing the chandelier onto Shocker. Tombstone's boss fight has him create a whole counter drug beforehand to dull Tombstones invincibility while getting knocked into a wall and winning because of the counter drug and all the damage done to him. Mr Negative boss fight has him get flung to a different train waits till Martin is tired and attacks and wins by kicking Mr Negative into exposed wires shocking him unconscious. Taskmaster boss fight has him out skilling Taskmaster and wins by webbing him up. Electro + Vulture boss fight has him fighting them both and are bad at teamwork ultimately defeating one by knocking Vulture to the floor and then the Electro by webbing him. Scorpion + Rhino boss fight has him fighting both which again just like with Vulture and Electro are bad at teamwork also using the environment around to stop Rhino from charging ultimately Rhino defeated Scorpion in a container crate while Peter webbed up their entrance and exit. Mr Negative boss fight has him knock Lee out of his Kaiju demon thing and ultimately gets defeated by Otto. Doc Ock boss fight has him create a whole new suit beforehand to counteract against Otto's arms and winning against him by ripping the neural interface from his neck while getting stabbed in the chest. Hammerhead boss fight has him just wail on Hammer head till he's tired and Yuri kills him. Cyborg Hammerhead boss fight has him teaming up with Sable by defusing his shields and then holding Hammerhead long enough to fire a beam to his head to weaken him till Sable rams him with her jet ending the fight. "they nerfed his spider senses even." Spider-man 2'S Spider sense is the exact same as it's always been. To clarify Spider sense in Insomniac's Universe works as a warning signal it doesn't make him move/dodge automatically. "You are wondering like how did he survive this long without Miles of Venom suit." Not really since every villain Peter fought in Spider-man 2 is just as fast, strong and durable as he is, Kraven killed 4 of the sinister 6, Sandman was the size of a large building, lizard had sonic screams and was just as strong and fast as he was, Wraith doesn't count since Peter didn't want to hurt his friend, Scream is MJ which Peter didn't want to hurt added with how powerful a symbiote is makes sense as how she can keep up with him and Venom doesn't need an explanation this is self explanatory. Did you get all of the spider bots? There is a cutscene after finding all of them. They don’t show on the map, but it tells you how many there are per district, so you can find them fairly easily just swinging around the districts where they are missing.

And yeah they are moving on from Peter but i think PlayStation Studios always do this to give their frsnchises some extra longevity without tiring out the main character. The same way that they moved on from Joel to Ellie and they are also easing us in for life after Kratos in God Of War where Atreus may eventually takeover and also when they started to ease out Nathan Drake in Uncharted etc its basically an easy way to have both characters exist but then call on the nostalgia of the previous character either via flashbacks or bringing them in here and there but simultaneously developing the game in a new direction. Coz sometimes it gets boring storytelling wise to uust constantly drag out a character like what TV shows often end up doing when they are afraid to kill off a main character or move on from a main character.

If you still cant do the Mysterium challenge in Harlem you can put your game to friendly neighbourhood spiderman level so the enemies are weaker and put your play speed at 30% so its slower for you also at the start jump into the middle platform and use the pull gadget to pull the enemies in and then use reverse flux and grab objects to throw at enemies
