The Doctor knows she knows the woman, she knows she is a friend, a family, perhaps a past lover but she can't really put it into words. The memories are fuzzy, and the timelines are crossed, and she can't help it but feel that whatever rules the other woman broke, she herself would break them thousand times in a heart beat.
