still to this day 2021 i admire this man ..he is so well rounded and so well spoken..no hype he has evolved even more since this interview... ive been a"family" member since the beginning..im 54 now and still love the music and admire the man..I miss seeing them but have faith they all will be back..Tomo and Shannon complete the Mars legacy so they are 3 of the best entertainers in my book ..perfection at its best. Jared has gotten even more handsome with age and even more wise...Blessings to the Echelon 🙏 ps....i havent been lucky enough to attend a show but someday i will ,even if im 90..lol

I am a very new member of "The Echelon" and I seriously wonder where this band have been all my life. I love all kinds of music and artists but I've never had such a profound CONNECTION to a band's music before. Muse have had that effect on me to some extent but they are more political when I am not. MARS songs deal with human emotions so we CAN relate to them on a far more deeper level. Boo sucks to that journalist who seems to disagree with that concept.

12:13 Okay Johnny Depp! 😄 But, interesting about his story about the record company - I know someone who was very famous during the mid to late 80's and she knows the people from the record label as I am pretty sure her husband who's still going on. She believes that it was the other way around. But, as always the real answer is always somewhere... 🧐

The interview, as a more difficult continuation of the article, screams of the cultural differences between two generations that overlap across as few as 10-15 years. Kia exemplifies the deteriorating values of hard work, interest, and ability among today's 22-35 (?) generation that believes that, "I tried = I succeeded." He obviously wrote the article without any research, and then proceeded to an interview that seemed more like an unwillingness of a child to admit he doesn't understand.

Hey, BOB... are you a musician AT ALL??? Nope, didn't think so! All bands have their "front man" who answers most of the questions, and for 30STM that is Jared. Shannon AND Tomo talked when they wanted to, and their body language demonstrated that they were involved in the interview as much as they wanted to. Dude, get a clue before you go off on a meaningless tangent!!! Here's a bit of advice...try watching their videos - and you will see the different personalities each one of them has!!! Bottom line: Jared Leto is many things, but "self-absorbed" and "egotist" simply do not apply. EDUCATE YOURSELF...

Laura Rhody A two sentence comment is quite far from a meaningless tangent. I have watched countless 30stm video's, I have seen them thrice and been on stage twice. I even got to hug Jared, super cool! He has many interesting things to say however the band is called 30 Seconds to Mars, not Jared Leto. Your angsty spiteful response makes me think you are emotionally attached to and idolize Jared, which I understand as he's pretty damn awesome, there's just no need to make a character attack over a comment. I think we can all enjoy the glory of 30stm without being dildo's about it. PS I am a musician.
