It's always like that in most of their videos. It's hard to find a good interviewer that talks to all of the members of a band. The exact same thing happens with Fall Out Boy. Patrick Stump and Pete Wentz get asked all the questions, but Andy Hurley and Joe Trohman don't get asked any questions. Sometimes 3 if they're lucky. It's sad though. The interviewers need to ask questions to EVERYONE in the band. Not just the lead singer...

I see what you're saying. My theory is that the interviewer is asking questions that Shannon and Tomo have little to no part of, like the singing, songwriting, and directing, which coincidentally Jared does all 3. It's not to say Jared doesn't let Tomo or Shannon in on those things, moreso they have no desire to be part of that process. And like modest people, Shannon and Tomo will only chime in to questions they know the answers to. Overall, both of their body language is like "Look, I just play the drums/guitar dude, don't ask me. Ask the brains of the operation." Which is Jared's cue.
