So true! It took me a few years to finally enjoy meditation, and now I genuinely look forward to it. I feel “off” if I miss too many days without it! Patience & persistence is key.. to those reading this, please stick with it. Meditation is one of the biggest blessings you can give yourself ❤️

Omg EXITED been bing watching your podcast. Thanks yung. I’m here after meeting my twinflame and I was kind of FORCED to meditate 😂 I used to not be able to meditate at all! Like I could barely sit during a 5 minute guided vipassana meditation, now I’m doing 2 and a half hours a DAY. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. ❤

Anyone who believes meditation is a waste of their time hasn’t achieved it yet. One simple, but not necessarily easy, technique is; Sit perfectly still, no movement. If your nose itches, let it itch Connected breathing in-out-in-out no pauses or gaps for 15 minutes at least. It took me about two weeks of consistent effort to start seeing a diminishing of the torrent of thinking that was going on in my mind. I overcame severe sciatica with meditation & a little stretching

Meditation is a tool that only works for later. It rewires the brain to thinking/operate clearly in future occasions.

Thank you for this interview. I would like to contribute a bit... I started with meditation over 40 years ago. Where I disagree a bit that is that it lasts long time until you feel a change. It depends on the meditationtechnique. There seems to be scientific evidence that already after 14 minutes of a simple mantrameditation the cortisollevel in the blood is lower than of notmeditators. For me I started at the age of 23 as a student and I wanted to lower anxiety and get calmer. And it was the best thing of my life. You do it in the morning 20 minutes and in the evening. I often did it before sleep often also at night when I woke up sometimes. It costs no time at all because your decisions and your results get quickly better. Lateron I also adapted additional techniques in the way Yung Poeblo descibes. But for beginners those techniques are more difficult because they seem to use the prefrontal cortex whereas mantrameditations directly go to the limbic part of the brain. Hope this will help... I know it does... 😉

I hate how meditation is being pitched as a productivity tool.

I wouldn't say it's clickbait. Mediation is very healing.

@@Adam-qs5ir not doubting meditation is a useful tool, just the title of the video made it out to be more than it was. I think they've changed the title of the video because when I commented it was something extravagant like 'this secret skill will change everything'.
