I don’t know - to answer your question, but I’m going to look into this right now. However, you need to understand that the grass is greener on the other side, but how will it be green if you don’t water it? PUT IN THE TIME! If you can waste 10 minutes to scroll on social media, you can use 10 minutes a day to build knowledge that’ll generate you income for the rest of your life. Anyhow… I say just start with studying the basics bro: - Charting - Candle stick analysis - Trends - Resistance & Support - Do recaps of daily charts (multiple, not just one company.. for practice and learning purposes) - Study what “options” are There’s free information everywhere; You have to understand that what one person does not tell you, another one will. So just search around and fill your mind with different content that will be used in a beneficial and positive manor. I also recommend using AI such as ChatGPT so you can ask it questions when you hear or read something you don’t understand. That helped me a lot, personally. You got it! Perception is everything 💯

Oops! I’ve been out of the market for a while. I needed the cash to take care of some things. I ended last year down a little over $300. I fought back from a deficit of over $2,000 (OUCH). I jumped back in yesterday I was scared so I bailed out down $80 and then the stock went up and l missed it. I got back in today and I determined to trust my play. I kept my eye on the chart waiting for a sign to jump ship but kept telling to hold tight and I rode it all the way up. I only had a couple of contracts but the gain wiped out all of my loses for last and yesterday. I’ve been riding a high all day.

@@zomb60 I only buy 1 contract. I use technicals for entry and exit. I use delta to calculate how much I can make if stock moves how much I think it will, set a GTC order to auto take me out and adjust sell price if I have time, set alerts using option price targets, adjust sell price down if I see stock struggle or up if move is strong, and watch option price and stock in charts side by side to watch price action with stock moves. Sometimes I’m on point, sometimes I’m out too early, but I’ve learned if I don’t set a limit sell order, I take big losses.

@@zomb60Tesla premiums are kinda pricey. People always talk about the profits but believe me a lot of them aren’t just tossing chump change. To get gains like that on Tesla you’re putting down 200-300 minimum and those are for calls far out the money. Calls closer to the money run around 1K and higher. You can get a cheaper Tesla option far out the money and make profit but you can’t hold it too long unless you know Tesla will keep heading towards your strike price. I hope this helps.

@@zomb60 In general I only buy 1 contract on expensive options like tesla. I use technicals to get in and out. I use delta to calculate an estimated value of the option if the stock moves x amt of dollars. I set a sell order as it nears my price to take me out at my estimated price and make adjustments up or down depending on if the stock is moving strong or weakening as it nears where I estimate it will go. I have learned to set orders ahead to stop me from freezing when it hits my price. When I don’t set an order ahead of time I have lost money overthinking it. I focus on a couple of stocks and learn them well like technicals, next earnings, etc I don’t care what else is going on. I don’t scan for stocks I know nothing about. Too many out there. One of my few stocks is going to do something. I set alerts on those stocks for entries and exits based on the technicals.

@257sombra He mentioned the zone from like 380 to 360. It’s important you incrementally buy when you are in the zone because you can’t predict how low you’ll go. Also Tesla could have another sell off later and then maybe sell down to 360
