I have 1 of these, awesome drive. Problem is I spend more time looking through games than playing
@Wobble20074 ай бұрын
That's probably the worse thing about these collections, it can take forever just to traipse through the endless lists of games, 90% of the games are probably not ever gonna be touched by you, and to be honest, most of those won't be worth playing, it's nice to have all these games at your fingertips, but 99% of the time you just end up looking through the lists of games, become overwhelmed, and never touch it again lol, I have all my favourites siting on a shelf, I can pick one up, stick it in the drive, and fire it up in seconds, without all the I/O lag, input latency these emulation collections have, less is more, something that becomes more & more true as I get older.

Depends on your PC, there is a lot of frame-time latency and jitter, screen tearing, the usual soft emulation suspects, it's just a front end with a scrapped list of ROMS and ISO's.

@@Wobble2007 Yeah, there's no 'special sauce' to this, just look up whatever game you want to see emulated on KZbin and you'll probably get an idea how it's going to run if the PC you connect it to can handle it. Regardless I wouldn't recommend buying this and I REALLY wouldn't recommend running any executables from it.
