The street close to that building is where I started my year in a hotel in NY after my dad was diagnosed with Cancer. I stared at that college everyday for a week wondering what would happen next. You can do a lot with 19 million. This type of properties are for people that are in the top 0.5 % . With 19 million, you can have several properties ( and amazing ones) in various parts of the world and even have a 50ft catamaran somewhere ( like the mediterranean) ....one can get a lot more creative with 19 million. And then the taxes and condo fees must be insane. These properties at these insane prices are just not worth it unless this is a drop in the bucket for someone that's worth 500 million.

IDK why whoever stages these places use white and grey furnishing almost exclusively. I always feel like I'm looking at the lobby of a bank when I view these tours.
