This loveable 1963 Amphicar 770 has sunk twice and has been brought back to life both times. For the owner, Fred Pierce, it's an amphibious friend that he'll never get rid of.

Diese amphicars wurden in Germany, Lübeck - schlutup gebaut, habe sie sehr oft gesehen als kleines Kind wenn sie zur Probefahrt in die Trave gefahren sind LG aus Lübeck 😊

There was a red Amphicar for sale near my house when I was a kid that I always wanted, but now I'm wondering if they pollute the water any worse than outboard motors do. I wonder how much petroleum they put into the lake from the wheel wells and the bilge.
