@@onesykaranja2903 not at all. I got it at 90k miles and the only repairs I made was a timing belt, water pump and alternator. Mines don’t have air suspension, so I don’t have to worry about that issue (also, I recommend don’t buy one with it😉).

The transmission cooler lines on that little square body ST truck are on the right hand side of the radiator between the coolant hoses. Some years had an additional optional transmission cooler between the grille and the air conditioning condenser too. The capped oil cooler connections on the left hand side of the radiator are for the optional engine oil cooler.

The trans cooler lines are on the RH side of the radiator. The fittings on the LH side are for an engine oil cooler . That appears to be a replacement radiator they are designed to fit vehicles with or without an engine oil cooler.

Randy, i have an LS400, it is an awesome car. I also have an 02 bug eye Subaru Impreza WRX. I know you like the older GM stuff, so do I but you dont seem to have that level of excitement when you come across the ls400 or WRX. In a previous video you mentioned that heard that Subaru wrx were nothing but trouble, that is a myth. Main thing is to not rag them out like everyone does. Think about the wrx, where else are you going to find a 4 door car thats turbo and five speeed and has a flat four engine. When the wrx sti came out in 2004 it was almost as quick as the Porsche 911 at the time. Please look into getting familiar with the ls400 and wrx, you won't be disappointed.

Hey Randy I just want to let you know on those 2.2 and 4.3 in that year distributor cap on the road but distributor cap was short itself out and you have to replace the rotary button along with it I have a 97 Astro van that did the same sing the pickup truck is doing and I had to replace that distributor cap in Rudy button on it and it fired up and ran😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

I just got rid of my 2000 Lexus LS400. It was the last year. Second gen. More horsepower I think right at 300. The engine was strong loved it Unfortunately I had some minor issues that kept me from driving on long trips and traffic and no one was able to seem to figure it out

Sorry Randy, the starter of that particular Lexus is located “under the intake manifold”, the dealer cost to change it was/is $4,500.00, the. The power steering hose, $1,500.00 from the junk yard, $1,200.00 for installation.

Randy I can tell you from insurance experience always keep your aftermarket parts if aloud when my 02 tahoe was totaled they were going to give me 3k as is and my rims cost 3600$ and tires cost 1400$ lift was like 500$ I took all my parts off and they only lowed the pay out from 3030$ to 2955$ so keep your aftermarket parts if allowed 🎉
