That’s awesome! I thought about that with my drivers seat and if it doesn’t hold up I’ll be doing that also! So, so easy to get parts and relatively inexpensive as well especially for a Toyota! Thank you for the comment and congrats on having one! They are sweet! 💯😊

@@FishingAndCarsI’m on the fence, Their is a sienna for sale 180k 3,500 or 2000 Windstar 109k for sale same price. After looking at a 2016 dodge caravan the leather seats were so hard and uncomfortable I don’t care if they are stow and go, I passed on it and looked at an old sienna. Now I’m trying to decide. Those older vans have very comfortable seating.

@@flowergarden1426 I would run a carfax if I was serious on something, or request one. In my opinion the longevity and smoothness on these siennas triumphs all! However regular oil changes is huge as the 3.0 can sludge up if not. Or see if they have a maintenance history/receipts for it. The sienna in my video is over 200k miles! My brother needed a family vehicle and bought it from me… still runs drives like it’s brand new! If I was a betting man and they really are similar conditions, ect… I’d pay the $1500 more for a sienna or try to talk them down to 3k… I’ve also driven one of these with over 400k miles, original motor, original transmission and running perfect! If taken care of, nothing in my opinion compares to a sienna 😊

@@FishingAndCars thank you so much, I’ve always loved Toyotas, just put down my Yaris 253k and bought a vibe with a Toyota engine. I love the body style of the 2000 sienna and I don’t know why they ever changed it, I think they went backwards with the 2024.

@@flowergarden1426 I’m a Toyota enthusiast but that ends pending model 2022 or so, so I agree… The Sienna in my video is 25 years old, very little to zero rust, mostly original parts, and like new driving experience… we just won’t get that out of the newest stuff in my opinion, but we’ll see! 😊

@FishingAndCarsКүн бұрын
@@jasonleachman933 Siennas are my first choice minivan. There’s pros and cons to the generations. 04-06 have an interference engine! So make sure that timing belt and water pump have been done! If the timing belt breaks the engine is toast! But I’ve personally seen one with that 3.3L v6 at 375k miles still running strong! I would buy one of those pending what I said, and inspecting it myself, or having a trusted mechanic do a pre-purchase inspection… clean title always, and don’t buy a rusty one! I’d be open to about any sienna it just more so depends on budget, and the specific sienna peaking interest! :-) Both first and second gen Siennas are great in their own right…
