Super sick. One thing that can become annoying with the hiace is the lack of a hood. Being able to quickly pop it to check things out would be nice

Hi, I've also got one of these and swear by it, converted to campervan but can pull the kitchen and bed out to make a van within 30 mins! Just out of interest how did you achieve a 2" lift as I would love to do that to mine😀

John, I bought this van from OttoEx and love it! Also, OttoEx was great to deal with. They dropped the van off for me at a mechanic for an inspection without hesitation. The mechanic was amazed with its condition. Do you have some info on your conversion that you can share?

@@glbass86 hey im looking at these or the regius or an elgrand at the moment - the granvia im looking at is almost identical to yours here, same older style heater controls etc - how do you find the van for road and outside noise? i know the older toyotas of this age are really loud but im intrigued to know if these are?

Neat! I’ve seen one for sale up here in Whatcom Co, WA. Curious to know why I might NOT want to buy a Granvia though. You allude to that in the intro. What vulnerabilities do these have? I think they started production in ‘95 so are there early-year vans that are inferior? Also, are there any other engine choices?

They have a bit less clearance out of the box than some of the older Liteaces and Hiaces. 95+ they were offered with the 1KZ-TE and the 5VZ-FE 3.4 v6 Gas. The 95' year vans don't appear to be that inferior or have very many differences to the 96s or 97s, which is the newest that we can bring in to the US as of this year.
