That’s because the EPA doesn’t care about the environment, it is another tax collecting revenue generator for the us government. This either is too low key to be noticed, or they paid the fee to have it approved. The EPA collects billions in fines, registration fees, and taxes every year. Cummins diesel paid them 2billion dollars alone last year. Most of which went to the state of California, more specifically CARB (California air resource board) which is a giant government backed racketeering ring designed to shut down small businesses.

It's from China, the EPA don't work there. When you import something from another country, YOU are responsible for making sure it meets all appropriate regulations. This is a huge problem and has led to bullshit products like this, as well as plenty of actually DANGEROUS products, in people's homes cos they bought them on Ebay or Amazon, who don't make checks themselves. It wasn't a problem before the Internet because nobody ordered stuff from China directly. The law really needs updating on this, and the public need educating. Pass this on if you like!
