The only remaining part is lift which is compulsory to this building because after some time its very hard to go for sleep or to take rest on third floor and also very hard and inconvenient to old age people in future this type of house becomes frustrating to the customer...... Because I personally have that experience....... 😮 This house will be the big headache in future.....

First of all its not easy to locate a lift in such a compact plan because there are several aspects to it and cost is also a criteria.Mainly it's location without disturbing functionality of areas on each floor.. I'm an architect so I know it can ruin your design in small plots.

Even i have the same sized house only difference is I have a bedroom in first floor, so that gives everything on a single floor… right now my parents sleep on second floor room but when they can’t use stairs anymore they will eventually move to first floor room…. Lot of people criticise me for this decision but in 5 years everyone will realise why i bought this house.

Good plan ,sectional organisation but too many colors,design styles clashing visually for my liking. Even the projected brick treatment would gather dust and is a bit of over ornamentation.Can have maintenance issues,leakages from so many joints and water retaining surfaces on the outer facade caused by this feature.
