Getting 30 dollar for 16 hours is a decent salary so do not say anything, you are a korean and know about pay in asian countries then why you are making hue and cry. She earns 750 dollar per month (if she works 6 days per week) that comes to 27219 bahat per month that is a decent salary for a bar girl.

As far as lieing down goes while true I always admire the beautiful women who work at 7-11, grocery stores, night markets, etc... The ones that choose a different path in life vs that particular one even though they could easily make a better living lieing down. Those to me are the ones really worth pursuing.
