The idea that just three minutes a day can significantly alter your life is both inspiring and practical. This approach demystifies self-improvement and makes it accessible to everyone, regardless of their busy schedule. 🕒

Making it simple.Good for some stuff but not everything

Simple is always the best way to start. If 3 minutes is not enough, you can extend the practice to as long and as profound as you prefer it - whatever works best for you! Thanks for sharing 💜

This way of clearing the unconscious using Gibberish comes from the modern work of Osho - there are whole meditative therapies which use it

Unconscious and subconscious aren't the same thing...

That is correct! ;)

Semantics….petty differences of meaning you think are key. Unconscious still reflects the notion that you are not fully aware…. Not important. Focus on the message- not on the petty differences

Some people don't even have 3 minutes to nuture friendships... so they will always find excuses that they do not have that time for themselves

Why not 3 seconds....? Who will write this? 😆😃🥰 You can get the book but you only read 3 minutes .... 🙃 I love it that this made me laugh today. Or at least my dirty unconscious mind is laughing to clear itself up! Thank you sharing! 🦄🐬🦄💐🌹

He he he… the point is just that in a busy life 3 min isn’t even realistically enough to switch off the busy brain at all… for me the busier I am, the longer I need to meditate in the morning
@mindvalleycoach7 ай бұрын
That is true, but it's an approach that individuals who already have experience meditating can follow. For those trying meditation for the first time or just trying to make it a habit, more than 3 minutes might feel daunting or too uncomfortable. Starting with 3 minutes is an easier start, and slowly invites them to expand the amount of time when they start seeing results. Thanks for sharing!

Don't use the word change. People are afraid of change. Use the word, adjustments. If you make adjustments, you will affect change.😂

OK, call me stupid but I don’t understand. Is it actually gibberish that we’re saying to ourselves or are we trying to say something else that might sound like Jibberish to someone else? Thanks

I am curious , why Regan , settled on 3 mins....?? Some personal development manifestations , will take more than 3 mins. Looking from a clients perspective, who has physical disabilities, mental blockages, undeveloped emotional levels, to reach the envisioned manifestations.. 3 mins , for 10 yrs self work, would take 18 hours a year X 10 yrs = ???
