It has helped me from neck to armpit lenght,and I think I’m gonna leave it like this under wigs from now on cuz it’s easier to massage,wash,deep condition etc and moisturize ends and hair . I think I’ll leave in mini braids for 3months ,redo repeat for the next one year to reach my desired lenght
