I live in the Wake county area and I would sale my 3300 sq ft home for this. I would only make the deck smaller and take that space to make an extra room for my mom. I love this!! One other thing, just close in the carport for a 1 car garage 🙂

Great floor plan and design. Like that the living space is elevated above the ground. This type of house would be perfect in coastal or inland areas prone to flooding.

Excellent use of floor space....Only gripe (and it is a small one) I have is there is no space for a small counter or dining table for 2 people, which mean one would have to eat on the couch. It would be nice to see a stoveaway solution for a counter or similar that would allow dinner to be eaten in comfort (speaking as someone who has lived too much of my life in tiny studio apartments and officetels, not having a proper seating area to eat is becoming something I really miss).

Beautiful house. I don't get the computer though, if you work remote, you already have your setup, I wouldn't trust an unknown PC. I hate bugs, and I didn't see any bug screens. Love the black interior for a getaway, but I don't know if I could live in it. Nice video!

Living tiny is both a lifestyle and a mindset. If you are the type of person who needs "Stuff", this is not for you. I have enough clothes to last me 2 weeks before I have to do the wash, I own 3 pairs of shoes and a computer. I am not a sentimental person who keeps trinkets and items. I do not buy souvenirs or keepsakes. I use my money to travel the world, have a nice car for US travel, and bank the rest. My cost of living is less than 7k a year. Home and land paid off. Small footprint = low bills. Car paid off. If more people would stop spending on THINGS they do not NEED, the whole world would be better.
