I hope this comment gives this guy some sort of realisation so he can see what he's doing as I've seen my own dashcam footage when I was driving like this and realised how much of a twat I was, best of luck with the future Bings (I think the name was) its really refreshing to see a guy in your position put his head high and just get on with life, a lot of people wouldn't be able to do this but you've done it so continue to enjoy life and look into track work! you seem to be a good confident driver and it'll test your limits more!

I hate to be the person making recommendations in the comments section but I don’t think he should be hitting the corners at those g-forces if he can only hold the wheel with one damaged hand. The steering wheels pulls left and right when you hit even the smallest of uneven road (anyone who’s tracked their car or watched an interior view video of a person doing a lap knows what I mean) so it’s doing that multiple times in one turn and it takes a firm grip on the wheel to safely manage those. U let go of the wheel or loosen your grip, even a split second, mid-turn and you’re so fucked. He should give it the beans on the straights but reduce his speed much more for turns so he doesn’t end up hurting himself again…or hurting some family on their way to the store.

I'm no stranger to fast cars, and Ive done daft stuff in my youth, so it's probably hypocritical of me to say this - but at the same time I'm speaking with age and experience. Those are quite often, narrow roads - the car is clearly unsettled - the suspension is hard, the road is bumpy. It's got all the hallmarks of an accident waiting to happen - might not, might be lucky ... But you need to be lucky every time you drive like that, you only need to be unlucky once. Can you imagine meeting someone else also driving moderately fast coming the other way on those narrow roads, and maybe you catch a bit of gravel, you hit a bump whatever. This is doubly confusing as the driver has already been involved in an accident that nearly killed him. I know this sounds killjoy so flame all you want but I have a conflicted view of this channel - on the one hand I love the cars and the reviews etc, production value is improving etc - but on the other hand ..... I think you should be spending some of the profits booking track sessions to do these reviews - you could push them to the limit in relative safety. I'd rather see driving like this on a track, than simply blurring the dash area when you're hitting triple digit speeds. I wouldnt want to see this end in tragedy.

Some of that was a bit risky, it’s nicer to have better visibility of the road ahead.

Going stage 3 without at the least rods and pistons is only a matter of time that it’ll blow. VW engines have comes a long way since the mk6’s (the fact that you CAN get a lot of use out of a non-built motor stage 3 setup) but it’s a matter of when…not if.

Pointless video, sad Ricky is doing this type of content. Wrong message! We all love going fast, time, and a place.
