Dime I was wondering what animations I should use for a 6’6 when it comes to fading in the mid range, spin shot and step backs, what animations do you use?

Good stuff as usual Dime. Like you I love experimenting in the lab, sharing the ball, being a mid range menace and I think I might of found a build for you to try out. Using your philosophy of staying infront of your man without reaching all the time is a better defense is so true man, so I emphasised it on this build. 6’7 SG with 91 Layup, 92 Post control, 98 Midrange, 86 3PT, 99 Free throw, 87 Pass accuracy, 85 ball handle, 75 SWB, 85 Permiter, Sadly 45 steal (build limits), 81 Speed, 73 Acceleration, 92 Strength and 99 Stamina. Let me just say that HOF deadeye and HOF blinders on them middy pull-ups should be illegal man. That high strength with silver clamps gets me so many ball pickups and cancels peoples blow-by animations like 90% of the time that it makes that badge redundant. Keep up the content big homie.

Was playing rec and had an inside center on my team who camped paint. I used to only play park and hunt threes but ever since playing rec and building my shooting guard with 92 middy and 78 three ball it is the most fun I've ever had on 2K you're so unpredictable because you can pull it from anywhere on the court it's so helpful when you have those inside bigs on your team who never leave the paint

This is very reminiscent of my first build with a few minor changes and one major change. The biggest is pass accuracy, 91 is starting to be a favorite of mine after playing with good teammates but I went 70. Now I am mad I went with 97 mid instead of 98. Deadeye just seems too good to not have that high. I typically go 85 post control for HoF post fade phenom and 73 strength for Gold Physical handles and gold fearless which is a game changer. Time to get back in the lab

Loved the video, Dime! I ended up making a 6'4" PG as well today, and I was debating heavily on the super-high Mid as well. I ended up going with a 93-Mid and 86-Three, so I can at least get 76 Perimeter and 72 Steal. I couldn't go no defense, lol.

Yes to everything you said. Its sad how i can play lockdown defense and the only way my can score is off of other people mistakes. Play your roles, if you going to guard my man in the paint why would just jump on pump fakes and run back to your man that i switch on to. Or it the blitzing that would count as a pick and roll for the other team. How can i play defense if you my teammates runs into me instead of the ball carrier. Also 2k needs to stop making me stop when i do hands up contest. If im moving forward why i just stop and to make a hand up contest. I seen so many people out of positions get hands contest on me from 10 feet out or someone jumping at me from 20 feet out and gets a contest without fouling. Its insane how the game will favor certain players on the court no matter what you do right.
