Solid build, would probably put post control up tho to get HOF post fade phenom since the build already has a high middy. Not sure how costly it is for 6’8s but IMO it’s worth especially if you badge + 1 it. Works with deadeye too so you could hit some crazy shots if you know what you’re doing.

@@Matthew2k-yt Nah I wouldn't touch layup. Honestly, it all depends on your playstyle and what you want to emphasize. Going into the builder rn, i've found that HOF post fade is a bit too costly, but you can get to silver by going 70 post control, 75 pass accuracy, 85 agility and 55 drebound. If you lower FT, you could also get to 73 strength and get silver physical finisher. Ultimately though, I'd wait until you get your +5, then make this build with 91 midrange, +5 it, and then add post control since you'll have a lot of attribute points to work with.

you and I think very much alike. only difference was I went 80 layup, 55 dunk, and 45 standing. 92 perimeter, 60 steal, 60 interior, 78 block, 71 strength. I also stopped at 94 middy so I can put +2 on it, then +3 on perimeter d for 95 HoF challenger

My boy 💯 my day 1 build is a 6’8 Center that gets silver Shifty. I be torching Centers (and guards) wit the Devin Booker Hops and Go To Shots! I swap between Sensabaugh Jimmy Butler and Paul George go tos. But that Luka glitchy if your moving opposite ball hand. It will dead stop and pull ball hand (works every time) but hard to combo out of. This is the best year for being a true shot creator fr!

This is my type of build just higher wingspan and higher dunk and vertical. How I made my builds. I know you can’t have all that no more. Usually Have to sacrifice a lot of 3 and middy but it was worth it for me. I got 2k25 don’t even play it

What do you think matters more to get your own buckets I have a 6’7 with 77 ball handle and 75 speed with ball. I almost have my +5 and I need to boost something so I can get to a basket without a cut or being a popper

Yes sir, I had a build like this in 2k22 and it was unstoppable. I just made this one, and I have been doing myself a huge disservice by not using that go to shot. I made mine a two guard

I can take hop jumpers at a very effective rate, but the toughest thing about it is randoms just don’t actually understand how to shoot, and think it’s a bad shot and it’s only ok to shoot stand still jumpers cos that’s all they can do. So, if you miss your first, they might exclude you from the game. If you miss another, you’re done. That makes them massive pressure shots for no reason, and stops me from taking it until I’m very established in the game. The abuse from goofy randoms wears on you The other, less important tough thing with it in this 2k is that it will often start layups instead of hops from only a few inside the arc

Shot creating really not it for me this year. I was able to shoot 75% from mid range last year and i just cannot replicate those numbers this year so i hate to be the one guy on the team that's chucking tough middys and "only" make them at a 50% rate. I'd rather pass it up for an open 3 and get an equal chance for more points. Last year my fades were guaranteed buckets, this year not so much.
