That’s gotta be one of the fastest iPod Touch 4th Gens. Especially on iOS 4.1, probably even faster on iOS 4.0.0 with 64 GB. Pretty cool. Definitely a great buy.

There was never 4.0 available on this iPod. It released with 4.1

My very first touchscreen device ! A great iPod to play the games back in the day, mine got updated to iOS 6.1.6 though, and i still have mine today just to play music in the car. Loaded it up with my favorite tunes for a good roadtrip

The iPod touch 4th generation shipped with iOS 4.1 however there was 2 builds for it. iOS 4.1 (8B117) (31/08/2010) iOS 4.1 (8B118) (21/09/2010) The iPod you have has the 2nd build of iOS 4.1

The ipod touch 4th generation white 8gb model was the very first apple product I ever owned then I went from the ipod touch 4th gen to an iphone 4s

I do have a 64gb on iOS 4.1 but the battery is so bad that it only works while charging

Confirmed that 4.1 was indeed the original OS that the 4th gen shipped with. I got mine for Christmas 2011 though and if memory recalls correctly, it came with 5 out of the box.

It’s an iPod 👁️👄👁️ you know. When streaming was not as widespread as it is now. Also, iPods always had more storage. Even the 1st gen touch had 16 GB while the iPhone capped at 8 GB

@@magnusharrison2715 the iPhone 2G did get a 16GB model, but slightly later, not at launch. The 16GB iPhone 2G released in February of 2008.

I had a iPad Mini 4 but it broke and once I checked my Apple ID and it’s Tull on my account, running iPadOS 14.4. I got after it was introduced, running i think iPadOS 11. I didn’t had another apple item before then

There was no iPadOS version before iPadOS 13, it used iOS 12 and earlier so it’s actually iOS 11
