You are at the point where a Cane Creek Viscoset Is something I'd highly recommend and almost beg you to get. Man it makes it so much more stable at high speeds. I can't explain how much more planted yet agile the bike will be. It's steering damping for e-bikes, mtbs etc. Edit: I've got almost 2k miles in my Viscoset. The damping is adjustable, easy to install.

Hi Bro, at the end of the day, the phase amps or amps are just for acceleration and torque and it's a preferential preference so it's up to what you like the feel of the bike to be like also you could take into account the weight of the bike. If you want a heavy weight feel or a lightweight feel, obviously if the bike is heavier It's gonna feel more stable at any speed. In contrast, the light bike will be a lot more agile and twitchy either speed so it's down to personal preference and striking a balance. So you might remember I mentioned before that even though I have used the Sabvoton 72200 in the past, I think the specs on that are lying compared to the Fardriver because these controllers blows the rest out of the water man. Even if you set the Fardriver 96850 to the same specs as a Sabvoton 72200 it still seemed more responsive and more powerful, so I believe the specs that they give for the Sabvoton are false. I hammered my bike the other day in the hot heat for two hours straight my motor was hot obviously because I'm using a qs205 5t which is built for torque not for top speed. It reaches the top speed of 34mph at 58v 400a continuous, 800a burst for 10 sec. Using the full phase the bike can hit that top speed in like 1.5 seconds it's crazy! It will also go up steep hill inclines at 19mph easily. I will upgrade to the qs273 5t in the coming winter months and increase the battery to 91v 40a. Keep going bro your channel is your inspiration to us all.

What sup Brah. Get yourself motorcycle wheels for that bike if you're going highway speed. There thicker than that regular e-bike wheel and will last you longer. You can get the Shanko SR241 or the SR244 they will give your bike a better grip on the road and with turning. They also do better when it's raining. E-bike guy man update since last time we talked about my 36v high power midrive build I made a few changes to the drive train and type of motor I’m using I’ve now decided imma use a alternator and convert it into a powerful brushless motor so far I have made a working prototype that runs and was abl to measure its max rpm and it’s kv rating it’s kv is 63.7 and will be using a torque converter instead of using the derailer it will be running 120 battery amps and 230 phase amps which my 36v battery can easily supply rpm is about 2293.2rpm unloaded at 36v and at 230 phase amps I used a calculator to determine how much torque the motor will approximately output 34nm of torque which goes thru the torque converter in first gear it’s a 9 to 1 ratio which is about 306nm of torque in first gear and in second it has a 3 to 1 ratio which is 102nm of torque in my last gear my favorite thing about this setup is it’s automatic and I don’t have to manually shift it and the gears going to the torque converter instead of using a chain system i switched it to a steel pinion to spur gear system so that the drivetrain is more durable on the motor side lastly to cool the alternator down I’m gonna be using statorade that’s used on hub motors to cool down my hub motor plus a water cooling sleeve made out of copper piping that’s connected to a recirculating radiator. Top speed is 60mph estimated: tell me what you think you’re committing always helps to give new ideas to this build thanks😄

10.7 HP for 8000 watts, but hey, that's around what some 125cc two strokes will do and your bike goes WAY faster on the top speed. I'd be curious what would happen if you went up against a 125cc dirt bike. Edit, so is it an 8000 watt being pushed beyond normal? I am confused, so many numbers were said, lol.

Yes, it’s not really a 8000w Ebike. Its a 26000+ watt Ebike with a 8000w motor. So it’s more like 35 hp for 30 seconds. The controller could probably push 30kw if the battery was fully charged such that voltage sag was only down to 72v. 73 MPH is as fast as we’ve seen it go, but it can go faster. The limiting factors are how much more can the motor take before it burns and how big Ebike Guys balls are that particular moment. Lol

Yeay!!! I get it, you're going fast and getting the speed wobble, hmm, yeah some kind of stiffening up device is needed... But how to do that is the question eh?!? Maybe some sort of hooks from the handlebars that can be slided up either side to attach/hook onto the top front part of the frame to essentially make the steering locked perfectly straight... One thing i know is you for sure cant turn the bars when going at speed it's all about leaning to turn a little.. It's a tricky one.. Id say you defo need road speed tyres without the knobbly bits on them, thats why I went for the Schwalbe 'marathon' tyres, they seem to be more suited for speed tommy (not that mine goes much above 30mph though) but for yours you'd need 'speed' tyres..
