awesome vid! tho I will say it's a lil confusing when none of the types are shown :oat least the main teams types, yes some are fairly easy to guess but the breloom being ground type I had to look up to learn, maybe when you catch a pokemon you could show the types? or do a lil role-call at the beginning of a vid showing off natures n movesets too! that could be fun, giving some opportunity for extra character building for the mons! Edit: oh it's the last one XD!

😅 I was correct that you would beat tbe E4/Champion before me. I ended up trying to overprepare for that run by farming Master Balls, Nuggets to buy all of the TMs, Leftovers, PP Maxes, and Sacred Ashes plus catching everything I could that isn't postgame/that I am noping out of trainer battles I will have to do to reach that I said "hell no" until postgame (because I now know what trainers are visiting Region's Edge... I instead hunted for the four mons that are only up there that I could hunt without battling). A Casinda or Cavily with Thief combined with a Chairipick with Pickup are blessings for item farming, as all of the above are standard held items for some mons. At least I got the certificate that I (essentially) completed the dex... 😅 Re: Snorlapse: I take it you didn't talk to the gentleman on the SS Anne who jumpscares you with a pic of it. 😂 Re: Eldreign: take the Spheal line and mix it with Cthulhu to get the pseudo-legendary. Be glad that the rival's doesn't have Super Glitch, as it gets STAB on that OHKO move. (rubs hands in glee since mine does) Neither of those are as bad as some of the other scary mons - if you thought Amalgaform was bad, farm for Master Balls by surfing near Cinnabar for Missingno.

​@@DeliciousJamesYeah, I poked around thanks to following the dex spreadsheet, since the mons are mostly listed in the order you can catch them - which means learning the names of new areas like the Mushroom Bog (reached by taking the added exit in the middle of the Lavender-Celadon Underground Path), the Decrepit Clinic (right before Celadon, go up instead of just into the town when you leave the Underground Path), the postgame Fantasy Bay (replaces the Seven Isle Battle Tower) and the meant-to-be-postgame Region's Edge (since you usually can't go up the waterfall next to Bill's house until then, except that Golacier learns Waterfall naturally so you can get up there after beating Blaine). I just finished the Region's Edge guest star gauntlet today, where the opposiing trainers have mons going up to level 80 and surprising dialogue when you know them from their original games. Technically, you only have to fight four out of the 8/9 trainers (9 trainers, but 8 battles as one is a double battle) to get to the last mon that is up there, but... I was very glad there is a Center up there, especially since you can't just Fly there.
