I'd definitely recommend reading Vagabond, but you will be severely disappointed by the end. The (likely indefinite) hiatus leaves the manga in a really odd spot, feels like he just walked away mid-volume. It's easily one of the greatest Seinen manga out there, but sadly will probably remain incomplete.

Whats even more important than the sales figures is their growth, that's what turned Kimetsu no Yaiba from a failing to a decently popular, and now thanks to the anime boost one of the most popular series in Jump, looking like it will outsell MHA this year. However Hinomaru had no growth, and Dr Stone is stagnating now too, so it's worrysome.

Having read the mlanga, it's really too bad for Tsukasa philosophy to be a little more developped : * If they had refered to Rousseau/Locke debate of the "Good savage" , it could have grounded it pretty well in philosophy, maybe even go back to Plato's cavern * I wish he thought into account the petrification more ? Because all he sees his an opportunity for clean start, but maybe if Tsukasa thought it was meant to be that way (by a god, nature, whatever), he would have been a counterpoint to Senkuu's science way. Just two ideas like that, maybe not all that good, but would have helped if his ideas were a bit more 3 Dimensional (because tbh, Tsukasa looked like a bit of an idiot to me )
