don't be silly, he only has around 15000 games played and annie's Q is only the most known ability ingame xd Tbf, if you go for the aggro route (which you kinda have 2 vs melee) its possible to go oom pretty fast. On the other hand, annie 1 of the best turret farmers+can set up ganks, so a Q farm freeze woulda been fine

That Xerath game was lost in champ select. It might have been quasi-possible if that veigar built AP bruiser, but that was 4 squishies and 3 APs. Your team lost to null magic mantle and regular builds.
