One of my friends lives one of those apartments that you showed. We visited him and his family last year. Yes, the area has many wealthy Somalis. I enjoy watching your videos. Greetings from Canada.

Nyali is beginning to look like Nairobi Eastlands, ( Eastleigh, Umoja Innercore, Pipeline e.t.c). In the near future a majority part of Nyali will no longer be considered as an affluent neighborhood due to rapidly spreading infection of apartments in Nyali. Mombasa County lacks proper city and housing planning. THE MOMBASA COUNTY GOVERNMENT IS TO BE BLAMED FOR THIS TERRIBLE MISTAKE. Nyali is supposed to be Mombasa's affluent suburb. In all affluent and rich neighborhoods in the major cities across Africa and the world; you wouldn't find any apartments. Take Nairobi for example, there are no apartments in Runda, Muthaiga, Karen, Kitisuru. This is due to so many important reasons such as apartments bring congestion, lack of privacy and lack of open fresh air. Rich places like Nyali should only consist of single dwelling houses e.g Villas, Mansions, Massionettes and Townhouses. Surely how can the Mombasa County Government approve an 8 floor or a 10 floor apartment building in an area where all other properties are two or three storey personal houses.
@denniswithlenswalks2 жыл бұрын
Ok this is Nyali area has different class of people not only the rich but also the middle class,but there are areas in Nyali where only private properties are located remember and remember this is Kenya money talks if someone has lots of money and he wants to build a rental apartment the government doesn't care what they care is you pay your taxes and it's win win so we will say our opinion buy who will listen not the government that our country bro.
@untitledchannel47852 жыл бұрын
@@denniswithlenswalks I agree with you. There are some estates in Nyali that have already been affected by the infection of apartments. Gated communities/Estates whereby previously used to only consist of private resendential houses have now become infested by apartments. This has led to congestion and lack of privacy in those gated estates in nyali. Lack of proper housing planning by the county government of Mombasa.
@untitledchannel47852 жыл бұрын
@@denniswithlenswalks This can also be another video idea for you. You can shoot a video that shows the disadvantages of the inexsitence of proper City and housing planning. The video can show how the congestion of apartments and how it has affected areas and estates which previously housed only private resendential homes.

it was the British colonials that decided to divide another African region. Somalia and Kenya were once the same. It’s the Europeans that separated them
