@25:41 I definitely agree the only problem with that is back in 2020 when people were obsessing over “DEFUND THE POLICE” this is the kind of crappy officers we all end up with. Those with less training because the various police forces don’t have the money necessary for the training. This is why defunding was so stupid.

@fileknife5916 there was some defunding of the police and Kamala was actually part of that even before those events occurred. But generally the concept itself and movement are also nonsensical as they’re trying to achieve a thing that would achieve the opposite of making the police better. I also don’t think the people campaigning would do a better job, they just tell others to ‘do better’ when they’ve earned no moral high ground and have no experience or knowledge of anything. They’re under qualified stupid people trying to appear like they’re making a difference in things they don’t understand. And once cops started getting body cams they’ve been vindicated in nearly all the cases where they’re accused of racism. Like the black lady shot recently who came out of her room wielding a knife and trying to stab a guy and they immediately tried to flip it like she was this innocent victim and the camera footage showed that wasn’t true. They’d have likely went after that cop and tried to convict him over that event if they didn’t have that footage and also if he weren’t Asian which helps but doesn’t stop the woke attacks. Some of the most famous cases of black guys being shot by cops the cops themselves were black and that still didn’t block accusations of racism so being a minority doesn’t protect you fully from that accusation if you’re involved in an area where the woke want to push a narrative.

I think if anyhting cops are more often biased against guys more than against a specific race as I’ve seen them at times mock dudes who report being beaten by their girlfriend or wife like he needs to get over it and it doesn’t matter as he’s just a guy being attacked by a woman so it doesn’t count. It's not the cops that are paying. It's the taxpayers. We the taxpayers are paying for these settlements. If you really want to see a change, then qualified immunity needs to be abolished.

@ No one had to and that’s the sad part. A lot of people already believe in that lie and videos like this just further their belief in that delusion. It’s sad because there are those who in the process of buying into that false mentality will not call the police even if they’re needed and because of that may end getting hurt worse then they were or even killed. I say if Chod and Dee want to watch videos that showcase cops who are either incompetent or even evil then that’s fine _BUUUUT_ they should offset those bad police videos with some that show off the good cops, ie the normal ones.

When you come up for air from the boot licking, do better. MANY, MANY cops are bad. Every single one who stands by and watches their fellow pig pummeling an innocent citizen is also obviously a bad cop. Every single police department that investigates itself and finds no wrong doing but then gets sued, charges dropped, and losing court is obviously rotten to the core. Sorry for the reality check but there are TONS of bad cops out there. “Back the blue till it happens to you” is a truism that exists for a reason.

The case about the guy with the multiple phones pisses me off not just because the lady who entirely fabricated the story but the cops were simply doing their job here. They did not do anything wrong. They were simply searching the man and immediately stopped upon learning the lady had lied. How the fuck are the cops in the wrong here Dee!!! The cops absolutely did something wrong. Cops cannot search UNTIL you are arrested. They can pat you down, if they have a reasonable suspicion, you have a/any weapon(s) on you, and if you do, that is probable cause to search you - go into your clothing and retrieve the weapon. The cops skipped all of that and went straight into a search. Fourth Amendment violation.

What was the crime which justified the search? By the way it would be a search incident to an arrest, otherwise the only thing they may have been able to get away with is a Terry pat down for weapons. If loyalty to a terrorist organization were a crime, the first amendment means nothing.

@ The crime justified was based off a false assumption. That’s why I commented saying the cops were only doing their job by making sure the dude wasn’t up to anything wrong and upon learning the lady had in fact lied they stopped their search. They were only going along with what she said. Hence everything they were doing ended the moment the truth came out. She was at fault, NOT the police. Now about this first amendment violation issue you’re talking about, given the repeated offenses based solely off the “terrorist organization”, your words not mine, identity it only makes sense that when one has a connection, regardless of extent, to it an investigation should be forthcoming. Im all for personal liberties, religious or otherwise, BUT that all goes out the window if the safety of one’s self or others is at stake.

for the one where the cops sued that kid, they did it because he said the one cop was convicted for domestic violence. and as far as the cops not getting in trouble, there's this thing call Qualified Immunity that basically says as long as the cop "acted in good faith" they can't be held personally liable for any wrongdoing, with the exception of there "being a prior ruling where the actions of a police officer - in the same jurisdiction and with identical circumstances - have been ruled unconstitutional or illegal."
