@1:24 Well yeah Dee. He was told _repeatedly_ to roll down the window and he didn’t. That is classified as resisting arrest. Ergo the cop had every right by that point to be aggressive. The part where he jumped on the player, no that is inexcusable, but the original pulling the guy out of the car was called for since he was being obstinate.

He had it cracked enough for the officer to see in. He was also saving everyone from fans stopping the flow of traffic bc what happened when they saw him? They slowed down or stopped to take pictures as well as fans getting out of their vehicles. You should watch some lawyers around there break it down. Basically, he’s guilty of having an attitude and moving slow but nothing he did warranted the excessive force and the officer didn’t even attempt to de-escalate the situation

1:24 He should’ve known not to roll down his window When you get pulled over especially as a black man (and this is coming from one) you’re supposed to have your hands on the wheel where the officer can see them and if you’re trying to reach for something you ask them first Completely avoids any possible confrontation with cops. That situation was 100% on him

And white people don't have to do that? Because every time I've been pulled over, as a white man, I've kept my hands on the steering wheel. We all have to do that because we're all below the law.

It may not be them.. youtube seems to mysteriously swallow up comments sometimes. I've had comments that I've posted disappear, then I post again with the same content and it stays. I've seen other people's comments disappear as well and they didn't say anything overtly objectionable.
