Really good review a lot of strikes and I like the ball angling from the left with the energy to strike. Really looked good on that shot to me at least, and vitamin DTang looks like a beast throwing it. Also we really need to get to 100k! I feel like DTang has no more storage in his house 🤣

A lot of people have been waiting for a hybrid Reality. I believe this is the best of the three, just from what I've seen both here and on the lanes for sport shot tournaments. Love the slow motion of your release too, DTang.

How do you choose the weight of the bowling ball?

I’m a mechanic, if the table on the machine not setting the pins in it’s actual spot and off for a little bit yes hitting the pocket will not strike. I’ve tested a lane before adjusting it couldn’t throw the ball anymore perfect no strikes leaving 2-10 or 7 or 9 after adjusting the table and lining them up properly I’ve tested after and strikes. I feel your pain lol

I wish I knew what you were saying. 7-1, 5-1, cleaner, smooth, weak pin, stronger mass bias, etc. I bowl once a week with my kids. I've got an old hammer nail, and I average around 200 on the house pattern. Mostly stroking it down the right side. Would a new ball help? Which one? Pin up or pin down? So many choices, so many decisions...

My advice / guess would be to start lower so you end lower. More knee bend at the start and try to keep that height as you go while knee bending more at the line. (I could be wrong or anyone can tell you something else, just my experiences)

I find that most people think that they know what their talking about it seems. But the best ball after years of experience is a good carry, and a good hook at the end. But that's still not a cure because ask Earl Anthony it is a game of spares. And I don't have to wotrry about what people say because I understand what I'm doing. Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle tells you all you need to know, and you don't have to spend 30 years through Trial and error to figure it out, but just a good teachers helps. It will always be a game of spares no matter how professional the pro is because no pro is really any better than any other pro when it comes to scores --- their up one day and down the next, and that's especially true when your body gets over worked, and I knew a man who lived in K. C. MO. at the time who was really doing horrible and because he bowled too much he couldn't bowl anymore, but he didn't realize I guess that he really needed rest but he was to addicted to it to notice I guess. Just a Straight Ball with a Good hook at the very end is what you need, and it doesn't really matter where you hit it if the hook is right. Hey have you heard of the Price is right, well make the hook right. Get the price right and make me happy so that I can see the strikes that I expect good bowlers to make at least maybe 8 strikes a game if your lucky. And we're all happy. I'm a happy watcher, and your a happy bowler. Plus I don't have to spend any money, and it's like Rod Stewart says in that Song called Walts Matilda: May I borrow a couple of bucks from you. That was a song about war time. Well have a hppy day

Darren, I’ll start by saying I enjoy your videos. You are very entertaining. But I want to make a suggestion for ball reviews. As good as you are, you make everything look easy. I know it isn’t, but it looks that way. That doesn’t give the viewer a lot of information. It would be helpful to compare a new ball to an established ball and show shot by shot what the different reactions are across the lane. As in this video you show the Reality, Altered Reality, and the Reality Check. If I am familiar with one, I can then see the difference in each for each line you throw. Here, I can’t really tell the difference since you were bouncing around different lines and balls. Very entertaining, but I didn’t get much information from the review. I appreciate your consideration for future reviews. Thank you.

I prefer to explain what the difference is between whatever bowling balls are in the video. There are plenty out there where you can watch them go down the lane and build a conclusion for yourself. In my experience, most viewers define a bowling ball based on what they see, but aren't educated enough to make sound judgment on said ball. I appreciate the input, but if you are looking for shot for shot comparisons, again, there are plenty of other videos that showcase that.

My brain does not stop at all since I have ADHD. Have any suggestions on how to slow down? Also, what would I be considered? My average speed is 16 to 16.5mph, and my average rev rate is 380 to 400.
