Mike and Nelly, It’s 5,000 calories if you eat the whole bowl. My calories intake is around 4,000 to 5,000 calories everyday but work out and run a lot. Don’t focus to much on the calories number, and just balance it out with bring active. Y’all very lucky living in Philippines, and enjoying life to the fullest. Me and the wife will be doing that when I retired from the US Navy.
