NOT a minivan. Just a small van. What about paid mods? It's awesome to see user created content that's close to dev quality, but the problem with paying for it is the lack of support. No warranty this will be updated for who knows how many BeamNG updates will come in the future. If it were for a final version of the game, hands down it's worth the money. Not at this stage.

I have always been sceptical about Beamng paid mods, but this one blew my mind, it is my first paid mod that I bought, but I had been waiting for it's release for a long time. A sort of European van in Beamng was something that I was missing, but this is just the perfect way to introduce it in the game. (And I had a 50% discount code, so I actually paid 1.97€)

Honestly, paid mods i find appreciated. It's like buying some really damn good DLC Vehicles. I find it self-explanatory that the creators of these mods actually get the money they'd deserve. Never pay for a BeamNG mod!!! BeamNG goes through huge updates and a lot of the times mods get broken and the mod makers can't be bothered to update them. And if LucasBE's history with his mods is anything to go by expect to only have this mod working for maybe a year. LucasBE abandons his mods after release sometimes because "he lost interest in that kind of car". His words not mine. Just play with the free demo version until you realize that the crash quality is still far off official content.

When I go to BeamNG, I’d definitely pay for it. Even though it’s a fortune in my currency. Actually, BeamNG is closer to a fortune than the mod. The screen in the middle is called "Infotainment System". I got it with the code "BeamBot" for have-price, and it is quite a good mod for 2.50 €s. I quite like the sporty version, and even the lower-end versions drive quite well, although they have a pretty bad gearbox in my opinion that takes away way to much power.

If it was so easy why not build it yourself? ChatGPT can even help you now. Still gonna take you a while i bet. In the future i can see paid mods going away if everyone just asks an AI to make what they want on the fly But in terms of enjoying something so high quality made by a unpaid/unsponsored creator/community-member -- doesnt make sense to me. I used to make stuff and post it free for RF1 and other older games but i never took on a larger project or stuck with it as i had other projects that paid. I look at it like this with paid mods, if the product is good and looks like they put time and effort into it and I personally think its worth the money I earned, I will buy it and about 4$? Is not that much in terms of money for paid products. American Truck Sim and Flight Sim are two great examples of games that have quite a bit of mods that are paid and they are not cheap ranging from $20 - $100+ and it all depends on what you think is worth it. If you don't want to support the person who worked for FREE and used their time and money to work on said product, that is on you. You have to remember. most of these people do this on their free time because they love the game or like working on things like this and giving people something to enjoy.
