The amount of craftsmanship in this beautiful property is awesome. If only I had money to be able to purchase and re new this property to its former glory. The windows in their style and shape are lovely, and the fireplace with the agate stone, is just breathtaking. The craftsman had even popped a couple of caricatures of you two on a wall, hehe 😉. The ceilings that are doomed, the doors, the arches, the plasterwork on the walls, etc. I really hope it doesn’t get vandalised, and those arseholes rip out the copper. Thoroughly enjoyed this place, and think this is my favourite place of all time. Thanks boys ❤️💖❤️

I love this show. You two really make a good team. Andy makes everything funnier with his quick witted humor and expressions. Matt you’re great, you sort of egg Andy on. Your previous adventure with the illegal stuff in the home turned to hotel and bars and then trying to convert it back was the scariest one I’ve seen. I was really scared and worried about Matt getting caught!! You all are my favorites!! I wish I could be alt the meet and greet but I’m in Maryland!! 😢😢😂

the radiator with the heating rack would be used to keep fresh bread warm usually...although, I hear they used to flatten and press newspapers also...so, it may easily have been used to aid that process also 😁

Well that place is pretty cool some lovely old features for sure what a cool find. And all that stuff for growing is pretty old stuff it would be gone by now if the people was still out on the streets. By the looks it was closed down and then just after the growing started. It doesn’t look like they was actually growing there long as it’s still pretty clean and not many rooms was taken over such a shame people treat places like that as it dose distroy places nice find 👍🥰

The wood you are thinking of for the dresser is Mahogany. I think the deep hole you find in the basement could be for a water pump. The picture with the old man with moldy sideburns is a Lithograph otherwise and easier known as a Litho print . Had to laugh about ripping your ring piece on izal toilet paper 🧻 my grandmother always used it-😖😫. The question of is there a difference between Panthers and Jaguars is yes . Panther is a word often used to refer to large wild cats. A jaguar has black spots -apparently!

The metal thing in the cellar was a bit for a horses mouth. It's for the rear horse in a driving team, the bit with the arch in goes in its mouth and the bar across the bottom sits below its chin and is to stop it biting the horse in front
