Chef Lucas is master in explaining the 5 W of delicious dishes. Being amazingly fluent in English Cantonese and Mandarin is definitely a blessing. Together with Chef Eric they are the lethal combination.

This is so labor intensive, there is so many components, ingredients and timing involved. I don't know how much a bowl cost there but I feel like that would be insanely expensive to make here. No way anyone could replicate that, so impressive.

To be honest, this shop is pretty average. The only standout feature is that it stays open until late at night, making it a decent option for supper. While it's not exceptional, you can easily find similar places in Taipei without having to wait in long queues
