Very nice short video! The only thing I didn’t like is that you mentioned climate change as it would be the major reason that insects become extinct. This is, as far as I know not the case. Habitat destruction by monocultures, deforestation, cities.. is the biggest threat to all organisms on earth, including humans.

Thank you for writing out the existential threats to insect (as well as other) populations and providing a bigger picture to this problem. You're definitely correct in that habitat destruction from those reasons are the bigger threat but I chose to particularly mention climate change because the writers of the study specifically simulated population risk of this effect. I'm sure accounting for all possibilities, it'd look more grim and dire. I'll be pinning your insightful comment as it's incredibly important to talk about and bring awareness to!
