Made this Meowscarada Ability Protean Item shell bell Special attack Evs 252 Defense Evs 252 Hitpoint Evs 4 Moves: Chilling Water, Worry Seed, Nasty Plot, Grass Knot (becomes Base power 120 special attack move because Dondozos weight exceeds 200 kilograms) First start with Chilling Water. Protean will turn you into a Water pokemon so avalanche will be resisted instead of very effective. Now Worry Seed then 3 turns of Nasty Plots. Grass Knots 2 times will activate Dondozos shield, his stat reset and your stat reset. Even if your ability was canceled you will stay a Water type and will handily survive even a crit on this turn. Now go back to the Chilling Water until you feel comfortable with Dondozos damage and then 3 turns of Nasty Plots again. Start to Terastelize Grass Knots. Its important NOT to start the raid with worry seed or you will stay a Grass type the entire fight and get cooked by avalanche.

Entrainment to get rid of unaware; then bulk up you should be gucci. Having intimidators including an arcanine; a weavile for leers def defense debuffs. Im willing to feature it if you dont

I did it with my Miraidon whom I trained to beat Water type raids (sp.attack and defense). Metal sound 3 times, charge 1 time and electro drift. EZ I'll give your method a shot once it comes back on my map. So that I can farm herba mystica and rare candies.

Dude!!! This totally worked!!! I had it hold Magnet too and boom, one shot KO. Way faster and easier cause I think all of us already have a level 100 Miraidon

This strat didn't work well for me, I eventually eeked out a win on the fourth try, but it was close. This might be very dependent on the Pokemon of the "help", as mine usually triggered good world before I got drift off

Prankster-extraordinaire Whimsicott for the Win! My Cotton Jinn build: 252 SpAtk/Def, 4HP; fully trained Modest nature Item - Metronome Tera - Stellar or Grass Worry Seed (egg move) - turn 1 Cotton Guard - turn 2, then 2x after reset Growth - turn 3, then 4-6 after terastalizing (after Cotton Guard) Giga Drain - main STAB (max PP) Notes: Use Giga Drain wisely as it's your only move (also, crits! 😢). Terastallize immediately after building tera. Cheer as needed (save an attack boost before spamming STAB to help break the barrier faster) Build works Solo or Online. Have fun! P.S. - Gogoat is another good bulky Worry Seed user, but Whimsicott sets up faster

@dansquared___ thanks! I also discovered that this Whimsicott build has a higher chance to tank crits with defense cheers, so I try to save 1 for attack, and (if possible) 2 for defense after terastalizing

Hm maybe a protean meowscarada with chilling water. You spann chilling water which reduces dondozos attack and turns meowscarada into a water type Pokémon which will resist both wave crash and avalanche. When Dondozo deals comfortably enough low damage you do hone claws a few times and then terastelize flower trick. Oh and almost forgot the most important first move has to be worry seed

Unaware Dondozo is annoying, which is why I busted out Serperior to seal it off.Intimidators are a must because of Avalance, and use your 2 defensive moves before attacking to not feel bad about the charge drain. Modest Tera Grass Serperior @ Light Clay EVs:max SpA, I use 40 per defensive stat then the rest to HP for that base 90-100 sweet spot truly bulky mons enjoy Moves:Gastro Acid,Reflect,Giga Drain,Leaf Storm
