I would have liked to have seen the two sizes next to each other. Also, what are the spool diameters and stroke lengths? The Diawa Basia/Emblem/Crosscast 45 is 45mm. How do these compare?

As with Shimano black is aimed at fresh water and silver for Salt. That is where the difference ends, if you can bare silver there are bargains to had.
