@Erik-LehnsherrX it's listed and sold as 250w but I guarantee you it's a grey area with motors in the ebike industry. I doubt very much every motor sold as 250w is actually that, prob a little bit more. But you should be covered as it's listed as 250w. If you're commuting far every day it isn't the bike to buy. 25km on level assist 2 isn't much

I think it comes from the factory limited to 15.5 for legal reasons but you can press a combination of buttons to remove it. You do at your own risk basically

​@@harleymac6308hi . I don't know if this is too late for you but I'll try anyway. I rode an ebike first time last week. I'm sold on it. The trick is to take it easy and let the bike do the work. Don't bomb up steep hills just take your time and it's amazing. I've got arthritis and bloody sciatica and haven't ridden in 8 years. Went out on a rental ebike in Spain and had the best 5 hours. I can't believe this video turned up as I've been looking at this same bike yesterday. I'm just waiting to see if work run the cycle scheme to help buy it if not I'll be getting it myself. If you could rent one and have a go I think like me you are convinced. Good luck.

It handles steep hills quite well. 15/20% are easily negotiable. There's a tiny regen but nothing of substance.

Excellent informative video, shows lots of important details. I have D4S and I am thinking about buying this one too. It is a shame they put the control panel in the stem, so that stem not just a unique part I cant buy in case it is broken, but I cant upgrade it using a standard stem. Usually the handlebars is too low and I have to position the saddle to the pedal, so I have to buy a new stem and/or new handlebars. Is the fork can be replaced?

36v 208wh battery. About 25km on level 2 assist. You need a battery range extender which is 214wh if you're doing longer daily trips

Nearly all review stuff is sent to Content Creators for free to make videos for. It's like when you watch an advert on TV and the person in the advert is a paid actor. The thing with a review video is to showcase a product. Its up to the company who they think can showcase a product and create a good video where people who are interested in a product, get to see all the features in a well made video. Its not about getting stuff for free. I have reviewed a total of 3 ebikes to date and I have given them away.

If you follow the link to the Fiido website, then in the specifications section it states that the top speed is 25 km/hr (15.5 mph). Did Martin have the controller set to km/hr to reach a speed of 20.
