That walk to DDS is something. I had a similar situation and was about to BURN IT TO THE GROUND. they wanted some paperwork from my old town 40 miles away and they said I had to go get it, they couldn’t get paperwork between DDS centers. They are usually pretty overworked, considering many states vote to defund these agencies. (Isn't Georgia a Republican state? Why would they vote for people in Atlanta to have public services that run smoothly...?) I would probably provide customers in this situation with a phone number, but it is literally impossible to do things like that for everyone when there is a queue that lasts until your shift ends.
