Pretty sure it formed stars from the gasses instead of snatching them from the galaxy (That wouldn't be possible, if you knew exactly how minuscule even an ultra massive black hole is compared to a medium sized galaxy). Rather the gasses the black hole emitted that also likely propelled it from its galaxy, made conditions for stars. (Starting probably around 10 billion years ago so far)

Now, to find the speed at which the black hole would need to travel to cover that distance in 840 seconds, we divide the distance between the Moon and Earth (384,400 kilometers) by the time it takes (840 seconds). This gives us a speed of approximately 457 kilometers per second or 27,457 per minute.
