@@bigshaq712 oh no they treat us good for us NOT to leave. The offices have great equipment, massage chairs, ping pong tables, gifts at the end of the month like brownies, ice cream etc. The problem is they pay close to minimum wage and thats why people are leaving. They very sneaky with their wages. The base wage is 3.50 euro/hr. Then the rest is bonuses, and legally they're supposed to pay you 50% if you work night shift. So considering their base wage is 3.50 we dont make much. And the bonuses are - 50% of the base wage for the lowest bonus, 75% for the mid range and around 90% for the highest bonus, which noone ever earns because you can only make 1 mistake in 10000 games. I was working 15/days a month and my highest game count was 8k and I dealt super fast most of the time and half the time tables were dead so 1 mistake and bye bye highest bonus. Plus our evaluation must be 99%. But its scored out of 63 points so 1 thing they complain about and bye bye highest bonus. And they often complained about stuff like "showing hands wrong, touching card when not supposed to, not enough make-up, shiny forehead" Bonuses Lowest - sgc (successful game count) 99.90, eval 90% Mid - sgc 99.95, eval 95% Highest - sgc 99.99, eval 99% So at the end of the month with a mid tier bonus, having worked 15 9 hour long shifts I had only earned around 700 euro on average, morning and afternoon shift got lucky to barely make 500-600 a month. Plus we cant get tips from players and if they find out we get fined and booted. (Btw this is my experience from the Lithuanian studio which had ONLY VIP tables 100 dollar bet minimum) TLDR: While the environment was good, people and job were great, the pay was horrendous for people to stay.

Online gambling casinos are evil and for suckers. They are unregulated and the games can be simply fixed to increase the house advantage. Blackjack is a good example. The more 10 cards they remove from the decks the more the house advantage increases. Additionally, these videos depict players with casino compted or fake money. The players get to keep a small portion of the compted maney as compensation for advertising the casino. They also get a revenue stream from each click on their casino link that signs-up a new sucker. The bottom line is that online casinos are scams.
