Fully agree. But this is a centuries old technique used by cabinet makers to makes joints without glue. It’s called draw boring.

I have redone all my homes plumbing by learning from KZbin videos and having books on home repair and plumbing. Just because you are an expert does not mean others are not able to learn and master your field of expertise if they choose to do so.

In the future I will definitely use the technique he used for aligning the handle and pin hole, using the drill press/drill press vice combo. That was one of those light bulb moments for me.

I want to know where you can get one of those texturing hammers… that beats using a foredom and tumbling.

For someone thats made 3200 knives, he doesn't know his blade shapes! He said he'll make a "trailing point" knife, but that's NOT what he made! His blade design is closer to a straight - back hunter knife! A trailing point blade rises upward towards the point! But, I really liked the way it turned out! 🤔👍
