Let's change out t g e word respect for revere. You must judge whether someone is deserving of or not of your respect. Who are you to give or not give Instead, always freely revere for they teach you either way. Revere is love unconditional 🙏 Tho I did realize what you ment & I agree. 🤗 Tho what people say & mean often gets lost in their understanding of language or use of it. You are loved🙏

Absolutely. I had been addicted to going to psychics for a very long time, mostly because I fully believe in the psychic world but literally 98 percent of them are not true psychics. I fact they were so off that just to prove that they were off the opposite would happen. There is only one psychic out of probably over 100 I've been to that was spot on on everything- guess what, she was free too. She didn't charge for her services. Let's not give our power away. Now that I fully embrace this, I search for the answers in my dreams and in meditation. I usually find the correct answers far more than looking for them from someone else.

Started crying uncontrollably after finishing the breathing. Feeling much lighter now. Powerful! Funny addition: While doing the breathwork I was irritated for a second because I thought they jumped from breath No.17 to No.45 but I simply continued. After watching that part of the podcast for a second time I realized that they never skipped anything but that I probably was unconscious or too immersed in the breathing to notice Lukis counting.

Shout out from Aotearoa! The breathing for me was difficult having lung and stomach issues, but I followed along at my own pace and pushed through and what I received is that I worry and stress about my health too often due to not taking proper care of myself over the years with abusing drugs and alcohol and not exercising enough and fearing that I've created lasting damage that will contribute to an early death. But it's time to let all of that go now and start healing and truly believing that healing is possible. I also laughed hysterically like I had inhaled NOS gas, which was very pleasurable. Thank you so much for all that you do guys. I hope to one day join in a live ceremony when it's easier to travel back to NZ. Lots of Love, Josh

I have been learning and practicing breath work for the last few months. I have been getting amazing results and I really appreciate what you shared in your podcast. When I went to join you in the breathing session I was not able to keep Up with your pace. I found it very frustrating. It feels forced to breathe that fast. I listened to Dan Brule on KZbin and he suggests 5 seconds for the breath in and an easy release of the exhale. This method feels calmer to me and maybe I’m not ready to be activated the way you are teaching. I do my breathing with the extended breath in like Dan suggests and I go for long durations like 42 minutes or even an hour. I feel like I’m experiencing the same connection to Source and the same release that you are speaking of. I guess like you said, there are simply many breathing techniques and I am drawn to the one that is working for me. Thanks for sharing your stories. Very powerful.
@kimn48663 жыл бұрын
Great share, thank you. I think it's important for people to find practitioners / breathwork practices that SUPPORT their nervous system. This may not be rapid breathing to some, but it can be too rapid for others and knock them out of their window of tolerance and into hyperarousal (fight or flight) and provide no benefit. I love the idea of experimenting with this at a slower pace. I'm also stoked to check out Dan Brule.

@Trinacaria3 жыл бұрын
There a few reasons for this. 1. the nervous system is not pliable enough to be able to expand and contract at this pace. 2. Stuck emotions are holding you back. 3. There is not enough internal space to allow such a pace to occur. 4. Your mind is not used to it.

I also want to get past all superficialities about people. I am turned off by tattoos. I can be very judgemental. It's a lot to get past and I'm not even four minutes in yet ! I will persevere though because I feel there may be something here that I need to discover and maybe these things are just a test of my ability to put judgement to one side for a moment, be more humble and hopefully learn something.

Awesome. This was really beautiful. And that is some powerful breathwork! Aubrey's little message at the end really struck me because it reminded me of a powerful vision I had and a little piece that I wrote about it: The Fish, the River, and the Sea When I was younger, in a time when I was desperately searching for purpose and connection, I had a vision, in which God appeared to me. In the vision, God appeared before me and I was hungry; he descended from heaven and took the form of a man. He then went to a river and caught me a fish. He brought the fish over to me, and, before I could grasp it, he threw it out to the sea. I thought that God was teasing me; taunting me because I was still very attached to desire. It wasn’t until much later that I would understand the truth. That I was the fish. God descended from heaven and took the form of a man to show me the way back to Him. I was struggling to swim up the river of life thinking that I would find God. But I was going the wrong way and all my effort was in vain. God was showing me that the narrow, tumultuous river wasn’t my true home. My home is in the sea. All I needed to do was stop struggling against the current and let it carry me.

Love this talk! Much love to these beautiful people! Thank you for sharing yourselves with the world. Hurray to the comment of Hellé about symbolism, filtering and misinterpreting what is the intention and essence of messages that are told or shown to us. Symbolism is powerful and wise. I feel strongly about understanding it and then teaching it the right way. I have been studying astrology for a while and in this talk Aubrey expresses he is not so into this 'symbolic system'. I agree that it can be framing but if it is explained in the right way, then it gives a person freedom and power and space to be their true self. I do believe there are archetypes and they come from a collective subconscious roum that all come from the same source. Not ruling out that at some point I will be shifting to other knowledge. Being humble about my journey and what surfaces I am scratching. Probably mostly my own.

WOW. Okay first of all, you weren't kidding when you said that this will make you lightheaded!...Like seriously, DO NOT DRIVE WHILE DOING THIS...FOR REAL. And I got like this just after the first quick set of breaths we did when you were first explaining it. I was driving and almost had to pull over cuz I thought I might pass out...you mentioned after doing the breath not to drive while doing it 🤣. After the full set at the end I got completely overwhelmed with this kind of electric feeling of energy, got very lightheaded (in a good way), and was tingling from head to toe, especially in my hands and head. THIS WORKS! Really crazy how effective this is at bringing instant results. A huge feeling of calm and peace and this huge loving wind at my back. Was weeping and weeping. There are three things that this feeling reminds me of, the only other time I've felt like this is 1 when I had a laying on of hands/ reiki healing- felt exactly like this. 2 the first time I took mushrooms and 3 that feeling you get every time you've ever gotten up too fast, the feeling of right before you pass out where your vision and your hearing kinda goes out and everything gets all tingly...its like that. Crazy how that was EXACTLY what I needed to hear EXACTLY when I needed to hear it. And when you said the universe has your mother fucking back, maaaan that was all the confirmation I needed right there. Wept and wept and wept. They universe was speaking directly through you to me personally and it came at such perfect timing and words can't describe how thankful I am. I SO NEEDED THIS. Thank you thank you thank you ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you Aubrey, thank you two beautiful souls and THANK YOU RYAN BEHIND THE CAMERA THERE-- I SEE YOU BUDDY! LOVE YOU TOO BUD! Love all of you, for real. Everyone in your community who's making these things happen. Thank you. BLESS you. LOVE YOU ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ommmm

I was doing it while walking, lost control of my hands, dropped my phone and had to take a knee because I almost fell over because my legs wouldn't work.

I’ve learned how much to love the darkness. Spring summer I love being outside in the sun. At the beginning of winter I love to be outside in the dark. The dark is such a beautiful space.

I love these guys. I did one of their breath workshops in Melbourne. Life changing. It’s amazing how similar my childhood was to Hellas. She has given me the language to understand it. 🙏 love to you all x

Is their breath work like holotropic breathwork? That fast constant breathing?
@Boneyardbell3 жыл бұрын
@@jmarco117 hmm that’s a good question. I’m not sure. I wouldn’t describe it that way. Definitely checkout their stuff through Instagram. They do lots of videos of their work and their breathing techniques

I did the breath exercise with you all at the end and discovered there is a thick hard wooden door over my heart space. I'm sad for myself that it is there, but excited to figure out how to remove it or open it. Thank you for all you do, I hope to sup with you all someday. Namaste

It’s a tough nut to crack but you can do it. Here’s an assignment for your progress, Go see “A Man Called Otto,” the new Tom Hanks movie. I have been working on my heart center and this flick is so heartfelt, I cried all the way through it. Therapy session. Go girl, open up.❤

How appropriate that I watched this on Sunday. I feel like I was at church with fellow brothers and sisters so to speak, though Im not religious anymore and haven't gone to church since I was a child. Today I experienced that feeling in church when you consider the other members as part of your family. I felt these beautiful souls extending that kind of invitation to those watching and it reminded me of the good parts of church, which is nice because I have a lot of negative connotations associated with my childhood denomination. It is nice to remember the positive aspects too.

Aubrey I have just recently found you and your content and I am so glad that I did. I have already learned so much from your teachings and it has propelled my journey of self discovery and healing into overdrive. I am so grateful for finding your videos and trying to consume as much information as I can as I am trying to prepare myself for a journey of plant medication experiences either singular or plural to confront my demons of addiction and negative self talk.

I feel nourished by presence, authenticity, courage and healing. This was my favorite AM episode. I'm jealous, inspired and excited to do breathing with them. It's incredible that even a few breaths increased my well-being by 130%. I love how this highlights a truth I avoid: It is easier to heal and grow than to stay stuck in pain.
