RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
4-5 potatoes, water.
Cook until halfway.
1 onion, olive oil.
Cook until golden brown.
1 carrot.
1 broccoli.
Green peas 300 gr. / 2 cups.
I use frozen.
Mix well.
Salt 1 tablespoon or to taste.
Cook for 7-10 minutes.
Add fried vegetables.
Vegetable or chicken stock 500 ml / 2-3 cups.
Black pepper.
Cook for 5-7 minutes.
4 eggs.
1 teaspoon vinegar.
Bring to a boil and cook for 8 minutes.
Bread.
Let's make delicious croutons.
Salt, Black Pepper, Herbes de Provence.
Paprika, Dried Garlic, Olive Oil.
Mix well!
Bake for 10 minutes at 180C or 360F.
Pertushka.
Peel and cut the eggs.
Mix with a blender.
Enjoy your meal!

I don't know how to share a picture of my soup! I made it and it tastes amazing! I can taste the broccoli then I could taste the peas.. and it's just so good!! My family absolutely loved it.
