A tech choice worth consideration is main decking both evenly and dimensional barrier (x3). They're normal traps, so you can discard the opposite card with Allure (Traptantalizing Tune) no matter if you're on the play or draw. Barrier hits SO many rogue decks in the format especially Kashtira and Despia. Another card worth considering is Evilswarm Exciton Knight for its non-target field pop abilities. Can't wait to play this deck

Plus 15 card Side Deck (6 Monsters, 5 Spells & 4 Traps) if they want 2 duel in the tournament(s) along with Ultimate Great Insect listed in Power Up With Packs + 2 or 3 additional/extra Xyz Monsters, 2 or 3 additional/extra Link Monsters as well as 3 very 1st & only Synchro Monsters alongside the 3 already starting Xyz Monsters & 3 already starting Link Monsters 4 Extra Deck all adding up to 15 cards!

This is the best "Buy 3, Build a Playable Deck" structure in ages. Gotta give Konami props where it's due. Crystal Beast, Albaz, and Dark World were okay, but this is up there with Dinosaurs, Shaddolls, and Salad.

Great vid. Atrix, let's you activate holeutea from hand without cost plus can't be negated. Also, let's you activate gravedigger as a hand trap that can't be countered either. And you can activate more than one. It's a lil more niche, sure. But it's a great going second card for the deck since your opponent can't negate your holeutea or gravedigger. After all, you can't go first and set up every single duel.

Super glad to see this vid appear in my feed because I was definitely wanting to build Traptrix myself and also get the great singles like Duster and Ash Blossom that are in it. Not a specific spicy tech but maybe some of the Labrynth cards would work well in a deck with Traptrix or any normal traps Labrynth often plays.

Can someone clear something up about rafflesia for me? If I detach a material to give her the effect of Bottomless traphole. Does that effect the stays with her? Or does it only work the 1 time and I need to detach again to give her the same effect for another SS from my opponet?

You only need 1 field spell. Anymore is a brick. Also 2 Tune is ok… 3 is bricky also loses even harder to Ash cause it’s a 2 for 1 if you get Ashed. 3:57
